How the learning journey works
Work through the five tiers in order to build knowledge progressively. Each chapter explains the medicine with mechanisms, clinical interpretation, limitations, and safety framing. Expand the mechanism diagrams, test yourself at the checkpoints, and practice with the differential simulators. Episode cases separate show canon from real-world medicine.
Your progress and privacy
Your progress - completed chapters, checkpoint scores, and streak - is stored locally in your browser's storage. It is not uploaded to any server and is not cloud-synced. It stays on this device and browser. You can reset it at any time from the sidebar. Clearing your browser data will erase it.
Medical framing
The content distinguishes educational simplifications from real practice. It avoids prescriptive dosing and actionable self-treatment instructions. Where a concept is simplified for teaching, it is labeled as such. See the references for reputable sources.
